Vision

Biały Brzeg began with a single story about walking out of a closed system. But the shore is long. There is room for many — today the voices are two.

What this place is becoming

Biały Brzeg is shared series, not separate blogs. Journal, On the Road, Frames, Atlas of Dreams — each series is a shelf you can put your own record on. Under a pen name, next to others, on equal terms. Nobody here is the host and everyone else a guest; each of us joined.

For now there are two of us. A duet. This is the very beginning — we are tiny. But the shelves are built from planks meant for more hands.

The forms vary: a record of a day, an essay from the road, one frame and a few sentences, a dream and its readings. Only the condition is shared — first person and the truth. Not how-to guides, not theory. Firsthand testimony, because in a hard moment what helps most is the voice of someone who was there.

The source is a person

Some texts are made together with machines — a machine can interpret a dream, smooth out a sentence, set a page. But the source is always a person: their night, their road, their memory. The machine reads; the dreaming is human.

Why anonymously

Anonymity lowers the threshold of honesty. Under a pen name you can write what nobody would dare to write under their own name. The door to stories like these opens only from the inside — no one is going to force it.

Join us

If you have something true to tell — a crisis, a road, a dream, a single frame — this place is for you too. You can publish in the existing series or bring your own.

What we guarantee: full anonymity, working on the text together, and publication that follows the standards for writing safely about mental health crisis. You don’t have to be a writer. You have to have a true story and want to tell it.

Write to us: kontakt@bialybrzeg.com — a few sentences are enough.

If the crisis is happening right now — reach for help first. The story can wait. You matter more.
